OKCPD needs your help finding two people involved in a theft from the Target store at Memorial and Penn. On the video, you see a woman fighting with store security after she stole some phone cases and tried to leave without paying for them. While fighting with security, an unknown accomplice drove a car up and actually bumped into the security guards fighting with the woman. During the fight, the woman dropped her ID card. As a result of that, she has been identified as 36 year-old Dawn Elaine Hooks, and a warrant has been issued for her arrest. A photo of Ms. Hooks is on the video.
