This short excerpt looks at the importance of finding an easy equilibrium in posture, the easiest, longest, lightest place of least effort. This requires an advanced understanding of your own body - a highly developed proprioceptive awareness.
Having said that, remember it is the EASIEST place of LEAST EFFORT. Often people struggle to find this because of not being able to 'allow' but rather, they expend too much energy and try too hard.
